Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued and the procedures for canceling services purchased from Keynoverse. As a provider of digital technology services including Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), enterprise software solutions, consulting services, and digital development projects, Keynoverse maintains a clear and transparent policy regarding payments, refunds, and service cancellations.

By purchasing services from Keynoverse, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms described in this policy.

  1. Nature of Services

Keynoverse primarily provides digital products and services, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms
  • Enterprise software solutions
  • AI and automation systems
  • Web and mobile application development services
  • IT consulting and advisory services
  • Data analytics and digital transformation solutions

Because these services are delivered electronically and often involve immediate activation, refunds may be limited depending on the nature of the service purchased.

  1. Cancellation Policy

3.1 SaaS Subscription Services

Customers may cancel their SaaS subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting Keynoverse support.

However, the following conditions apply:

  • Cancellation will prevent future billing cycles.
  • Access to the service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within an active subscription period unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Consulting or Professional Services

Consulting sessions or advisory services may be canceled under the following conditions:

  • Cancellations requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.
  • Cancellations requested less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.

3.3 Custom Development or Project-Based Services

For custom development projects or enterprise software implementations:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the stage of project completion.
  • Work already completed or resources already allocated may be non-refundable.

Project agreements may include additional terms specific to the project scope.

4.1 SaaS Products

Due to the immediate nature of digital access and service activation, refunds for SaaS subscriptions are generally not provided after the service has been activated.

However, refund requests may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Billing errors
  • Technical issues that prevent access to the service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

4.2 Consulting Services

Refunds for consulting services may be issued if:

  • The cancellation request is submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled service, or
  • The service cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances on the part of Keynoverse.

4.3 Custom Software and Development Services

Custom development and enterprise implementation services involve significant resource allocation and development work.

Therefore:

  • Payments for completed milestones or delivered work are non-refundable.
  • Partial refunds may be considered if the project is canceled before work has begun.

Any refunds will be evaluated based on the contractual agreement and project progress.

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Activated SaaS subscriptions
  • Completed consulting sessions
  • Delivered digital reports or documentation
  • Completed development milestones
  • Custom-built software components
  1. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must submit a written request to Keynoverse support including:

  • Customer name
  • Transaction ID or invoice number
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting documentation if applicable

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction date, unless otherwise specified in a service agreement.

  1. Refund Processing Time

If a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Keynoverse is not responsible for delays caused by external payment processors or banks.

  1. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Keynoverse support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with Keynoverse may result in:

  • Temporary suspension of services
  • Account review or termination

Keynoverse reserves the right to dispute unjustified chargebacks with the payment provider.

  1. Policy Updates

Keynoverse reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website with the revised effective date.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
